Shipping, Refund, and Returns Policy


Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. During the holiday season, orders may take slightly longer to ship. Please allow extra time for holiday orders, especially as mail carriers may also experience prolonged delivery times. Occasionally, there may be unexpected delays with restocking certain products--in these situations, we will contact you by email as soon as possible. If you received a notification your order was delivered but you have not received it, please wait two days as mail carriers often mark packages delivered early.


As noted on our checkout page, please double check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot guarantee we can change addresses after orders have been placed.


Due to the COVID-19 pandemic situation, for the safety of our customers, we are not allowing any returns at this time.


We can cancel orders or issue refunds for unshipped items with up to a 10% cancellation fee--unfortunately, this is because we still get charged whether the order is cancelled or not.


Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so we can rectify the situation. Items must be reported within two weeks of delivery date.


We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered--it is incumbent upon the customer to provide a safe and correct shipping address. This is the marketplace standard.
