A gentle herbal formula for hangovers, gastrointestinal issues such as upset stomach, indigestion, heartburn, and vomiting/diarrhea, as well as motion sickness. This well-known and beloved formula was developed in 1896 and has become a staple in every Chinese medicine cabinet.
As Hong Kong's top newspaper SCMP said, "Forget aspirin: when it comes to curing a hangover, nothing beats Hong Kong's very own Po Chai Pills." These pills work well for hangovers as the formula includes herbs for upset stomach, as well as those for dehydration, fatigue, sore eyes, body aches, and headache.
Note that there are two versions of Bao Ji Wan (Po Chai Pills)--one in Guangzhou and one in Hong Kong. These are made in Hong Kong.
