Zhuang Gu is especially popular in the martial arts community, who need to heal quickly during training. The formula includes a variety of herbs to reduce inflammation and increase circulation, including kaempheria galanga root, ginger, angelica dahurica root, and atractylodes lancea root. Note this particular product is not vegan, as it contains lanolin as well as animal cartilage, which support joint health.
Each pack contains 10 single-use fabric-backed stick-on plasters. Each sheet can be cut into smaller sizes. Single-use. (May come in box or packet packaging, but both contain 10 plasters.)
